Shipping Information
Most orders placed by 10.00am are generally shipped out the same business day.
How long delivery takes depends on the shipping location within Australia.
Once your order has been packed you will receive confirmation and a tracking number to track delivery. Please use your tracking number for up to date delivery information.

Shipping Methods:
All items are sent by Registered courier or Post.
Please ensure you supply a delivery address where somebody will be home / available to receive the item. We currently don't deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. We may contact you for an Authority to Leave request.

Delivery Times:
Generally 2-5 Business Days (Some regional cities may take longer)

Shipping Costs:
Free shipping on selected Battery Chargers and Jump Starters. If Free shipping applies to your order you can see it on the View Cart Page.
Battery boxes, batteries and accessories will incur a shipping charge which is calculated at time of checkout or on the View Cart Page once the items have been added to your cart.
If a Battery or Battery box is ordered in conjunction with a Battery charger or Jump Starter, Shipping charges will apply and is calculated at time of checkout or on the View Cart Page once the items have been added to your cart

How do I track my order?
Once the order has been processed, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Local Pick up Melbourne:
If you live in Melbourne you can collect your items from our store. Please make sure to select Pick Up in your shipping option.
Local Pick up is available from Zylux Energy Pty. Ltd. - 166 Christmas Street, Fairfield, VIC, 3078. Orders made before 12.00pm can generally by collected same day up until 4.30pm or the next day 9am to 4.30pm. However you will be notified once your order is ready for collection. Customers will need to provide ID in the same name as the order to collect their items.
Pick Up times are Monday to Friday 9am to 4:30pm only.
